Wow I’m impressed that your son can handle this diet. This is good motivation if a kid can do this I can.
Interesting information, I’ll definately try this one weekend. Thanks
Thanks Helen .. You can add a third smoothie on the second day.. My son felt that he needed to eat some greens thats how we had the marinated greens instead of another smoothie.
Nice post … don’t have all those fruits available where I live
ARE YOU JAMAICAN!! OMG!!! i need some Jamaican vegan friends!?
Yes Danah I’m a proud Jamaican vegan. Thanks for visiting the Divine Experience.

i am a long term veggan and i can attest that being a veggan means a healthier body ~~.
Thanks for that. My son has a terrible aversion to eating raw fruit for some reason, so I make it into smoothies for him and then he loves it! I also found some great smoothie recipes here and thought I’d share – lots of other great ideas there.
.*: I am very thankful to this topic because it really gives great information ~*~
THANKS, IT’S GREAT TO KNOW THAT YOUR SON LOVES HEALTHY SMOOTHIES. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
