Hi I’m Ann- Marie, I’ve been a vegan for over 16 yrs and has a 13 yr old son Baggio who has been a vegan all his life. We are trying to incorporate more raw foods into our diet. My son also represents his school’s under 14 soccer/ football team, so I have to ensure he gets all the nutrients he needs from his diet. I’m just posting some pics of our vegan raw & cooked meals for now . I’ll eventually get into recipes etc
